There will be no exchanges or returns on a special order. When a special order is placed directly from a maker they do not accept exchanges or returns.

* All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning an order totaling more than $100.00 a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of 30%.
You are welcome to return unused cookie cutters within 30 days of purchase. A few things to keep in mind – They must be reshipped in a box, if sent in an envelope all mail carrier companies will smash them. Depending on how many cutters you are returning the cost to reship them to us can often eat up your refund. You may wish to keep them as gifts or tie them to the top of wrapped presents.
If you wish to return them just send them back with a copy of your invoice.
Pricing
All our prices are USD based. If you are ordering from Canada you will be charged more than what your total says. Since the exchange rate fluctuates daily between the United States & Canada, it’s hard to say as to how much you will be charged.
Example: $2.99 USD Price X (multiply) $1.37 CAD Price = $4.10 CAD PRICE.
The “$1.37” is the exchange rate between US and Canada. To find the current exchange rate, just do a google search. Then Multiply to Convert; USD to CAD: Amount in USD TIMES/MULTIPLY Exchange Rate (e.g., 1.37) = Amount in CAD.
Refunds & Returns for STL File Downloads
Purchases of any zip files that contain STL file(s) / STL file downloadable product(s) are considered deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on thecookiecuttershop.com are non-refundable or exchangeable, all sales are final. Since all zip files that contain STL file(s) / STL file downloadable product(s) made available here are “nonphysical“, there are no refunds.
