Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoon Orange Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Grated Orange Peel
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
STEP 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add orange peel, juice and extract. Add eggs, beating well. Sift flour and baking powder, add to creamed mixture. Refrigerate dough until well chilled.
STEP 2
Separate dough into thirds. Roll out 1/3 at a time on floured pastry cloth. Roll to 1/4" thickness, cut with cookie cutters and place on greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sugar.
STEP 3
Bake for about 8 minutes.
