How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. This doesn’t include Holidays or weekends. We package and ship orders Monday – Friday. Please note the delivery option you select needs to include our packaging time of 1 -2 days.

Standard Delivery 2 – 7 business days shipping + 1 – 2 processing days

Priority Delivery 2 – 3 business days shipping + 1 – 2 processing days

Most orders ship within 24 hours.

Please note US Mail doesn’t guarantee their Priority Delivery times, however they are very good about getting them to you within 3 business days.

We can’t offer Overnight shipping – We are too far out in the country to offer Overnight delivery. All carriers are unable to guarantee a package being shipped from our location due to the distance.

How much is Shipping Domestic & International?
Shipping is based on your total order. When you place the items you would like in you cart you have the option to view your shipping cost prior to entering in all of your shipping information. Here you will have the option to see the price difference between standard, priority and International delivery costs.

What carriers do you use for shipping?
At this time we us US Mail for Domestic & International orders.

I just placed my order and need to make a change?
Once your order has been submitted, the only changes we can make to the order is to cancel it. We are unable to change quantities, exchange items or remove an item from your order. Many orders ship within hours, it may not be possible to cancel your order.

Measurements
All cookie cutters are measured at their largest points.

For example if you take our 3.5″ butterfly and measured it in the center it would be about 2″ across. If you measured it from top to bottom it would be 2.75″. If you needed a butterfly cookie to go into a 3″ box for wedding favors, it would be very frustrating to receive a 3.5″ butterfly. So the cutter is measured at its two largest points, which for the butterfly is from its top left corner to its bottom right corner.

The makers of cookie cutters round by the nearest 1/4″ – 1/2″. We are careful to change a size from the makers measurements due to the fact that many cookie cutter collectors and bakers want different sizes in a particular pattern. If the manufacturer has a butterfly listed as a 3.5″ cutter and we see that its closer to 3.75″ a customer could buy a cutter they already have and be disappointed. In all the world of measuring cookie cutters is not perfect but its close.

Cookie Cutter Care
Tin cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. After using your cookie cutters, hand wash them. Then place them on a clean cookie sheet in your oven as it cools down from baking. The heat will dry out any water that may have been missed by towel drying.

Return Policy
All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning an order totaling more than $100.00 a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of 30%.

You are welcome to return unused cookie cutters within 30 days of purchase. A few things to keep in mind – They must be reshipped in a box, if sent in an envelope all mail carrier companies will smash them. Depending on how many cutters you are returning the cost to reship them to us can often eat up your refund. You may wish to keep them as gifts or tie them to the top of wrapped presents.

If you wish to return them just send them back with a copy of your invoice.

Please note that we do not accept returns on special orders.

Package Returns
If your package should be returned to us by US Mail marked as Refused, Undeliverable as Addressed, Unclaimed, Unable to Forward or Unknown Address, we will notify you via email. We are not able to refund shipping charges on packages returned by US Mail after an attempt has been made to deliver.

If the address is correct and was simply misrouted, we will forward the package back to you free of charge.

We are happy to reship your package to a new address, however we will need to collect shipping charges in order to reship your package.

We ask that you please reply to our email within 7 business days. After 7 days your order will be processed for a refund less the shipping cost.

My package shows as being delivered, but I have not received it?
On the day your order ships an automated Tracking email is sent to the email you provided on your order. Because it is automated it can at times land in a SPAM folder.

If your tracking number states that it has been delivered and you haven?t received it, please contact your local post office. Once your package has been marked delivered to you US Mail views it as your property and will not help us to locate the package. We are happy to help but it is much faster if you can contact your local post office to see if an error has made. Many times it will be based on your local carrier’s memory, it is important to ask quickly.
