(1). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
(2). Combine butter and cream cheese, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, orange peel and vanilla.
(3). Sift together flour and salt and blend gradually into cream cheese mixture.
(4). Divide and form dough into 2 rolls 1 1/2“ in diameter. Wrap and chill 1 hour.
(5). Roll out dough on a lightly floured board to 1/4“ thickness. Very lightly dust dough with flour. Dust cookie cutter with flour. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets.
(6). Bake for 12~15 minutes.
Makes 2~3 Dozen.
